Simple Service Agreement (Client & Service Provider)
This Service Agreement is made between:

Scope of Service
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Collect the Client's passport from the Embassy of Nepal, Canberra, upon confirmation of readiness.
- Deliver the passport to the Client via Australia Post Express Post with tracking and signature, or hand delivery if agreed.
Nature of Service
- The Service Provider is not an agent, employee, or representative of the Embassy of Nepal or any government authority.
- The service is strictly limited to collection and delivery only.
Fees
| Service Fee | AUD 65 per passport |
| Postage / Courier Cost | Included in the service fee but limited to passport only. |
| Payment Terms | Fees are payable before collection. |
Liability
- The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by the Embassy of Nepal.
- Once the passport is lodged with Australia Post, liability is limited to the terms and coverage provided by Australia Post.
- The Service Provider is not liable for loss or damage beyond the postal service's compensation limits.
Privacy & Handling
- The Service Provider will not copy, photograph, or retain passport information.
- Passports will be dispatched on the same day or next business day after collection where possible.
