I confirm that:
- I have personally applied for my passport and completed all required formalities.
- My application status shows “Passport has been issued”.
- I have emailed, or will email, the Embassy at consular.canberra@mofa.gov.np from my own email address to authorise this collection.
- I have given the authorised person my original old passport (or, for a child, the birth certificate) to present at the Embassy.
- I voluntarily authorise the above-named person only for collection and delivery purposes.
- I understand that Mr. Prabin Maharjan is not affiliated with the Embassy of Nepal or the Government of Nepal, and is acting solely as a private service facilitator.

Simple Service Agreement (Client & Service Provider)
This Service Agreement is made between:
Service Provider: Global Zeno Pty Ltd, trading as GZ Delivery Services (ABN 89 655 512 548)

Scope of Service
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Present the Client's original old passport and this authorisation at the Embassy of Nepal, Canberra, during its consular hours, and collect the Client's new passport once the Embassy has issued it.
- Return the new passport together with the Client's old passport by Australia Post Express Post with tracking and signature on delivery, or by hand delivery if agreed.
Nature of Service
- The Service Provider is not an agent, employee, or representative of the Embassy of Nepal or any government authority.
- The service is strictly limited to collection and delivery only.
Fees
| Service Fee | AUD 80 per passport |
| Postage / Courier Cost | Included in the service fee, for return of the Client's passports to one address in Australia. |
| Payment Terms | Fees are payable before collection. |
Liability
- The Service Provider is not responsible for the processing times or decisions of the Embassy of Nepal and cannot speed up the issue of a passport.
- The Client will be given the Australia Post tracking number for the return delivery.
- Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy the Client has under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy & Handling
- The Service Provider will not copy, photograph, or retain passport information.
- Passports will be dispatched on the same day or next business day after collection where possible.
