1. About these terms
This website, globalzeno.com.au, is operated by Global Zeno, based in Canberra ACT. By using the website, creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Global Zeno has five divisions: GZ Delivery, GZ Driving School, GZ Clothing, GZ Cleaning and GZ X Collab Nepal. Each service is supplied under the price and scope we give you in writing before you book.
Driving lessons are also covered by our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
3. Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless we say otherwise. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it. We may change our prices, but a price we have confirmed for a booking will not change.
4. Your account
Please give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, harass others or misuse the website.
5. Refer a Friend
Members with an account can share a personal referral link for GZ Driving School or GZ Delivery. If someone opens that link and books through that division’s booking form on the same device, the referral is recorded against the member’s account.
For GZ Driving School, the member receives 10% off their next lesson once the friend has taken and paid for their first lesson. For GZ Delivery, the member receives 10% off their next GZ Delivery booking once the friend has paid for their passport collection. Each person can be referred once. Referring yourself does not qualify. A referred person who already had an account with us may not qualify. The reward is applied to a lesson and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
We decide whether a referral qualifies. We may change or end the program at any time, and any referral already confirmed will be honoured.
6. Reviews, chat and the community room
Reviews, chat messages and posts in the community room must be genuine, lawful and respectful. We moderate reviews before they appear, and we may remove anything that is abusive, misleading, or shares someone else’s personal information.
By submitting a review, you allow us to publish it on this website with the name and suburb you give us.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we will email you about Global Zeno offers and news, no more than once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
8. Website content
The text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Global Zeno or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
9. Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for a service is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
10. Privacy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when they were made.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
