What does Global Zeno actually do?
Five divisions under one team: delivery, driving instruction, cleaning, clothing, and franchising Nepali businesses into Australia. One point of contact, whichever you need.
Where do you operate?
Melbourne metro and the surrounding suburbs, with delivery routes nationwide through our carrier partners.
How do I get a price?
Use the quote form on the contact page, or email the division direct. You get a written price back, usually the same business day.
Who actually turns up?
Insured and police-checked staff — every person entering a home, office or vehicle is verified before they start. Same team wherever possible, so nothing has to be re-explained.
Can one job cover two services?
Yes. A fortnightly clean and a weekly document run can sit on the same arrangement — it’s the same team behind both.
Do you speak Nepali?
Yes. Global Zeno is Nepali-Australian owned and run, with direct relationships on both sides. Ask in either language.

How far ahead should I book?

GZ Delivery
Is my passport safe with a courier?
Everything moves through contracted carriers including Australia Post — never an informal courier — and you get the tracking reference.
Can you collect outside work hours?
Yes, including early mornings and after hours, so you never take a day off for it.
GZ Driving School
How many lessons will I need?
We start with an assessment drive and tell you honestly. We don’t sell packages that assume where you are.
I already drive overseas — start again?
No. Focused sessions cover the Australian rules and the test itself, on the roads you’ll be assessed on.
GZ Clothing
Why is it cheaper than a boutique?
We buy direct from makers we know by name in Nepal, so there’s no distributor margin sitting in the price.
Can my shop stock the range?
Yes — stockist and wholesale pricing is available for Australian retailers.
GZ Cleaning
What if something gets missed?
You check the clean against the scope you signed off. Anything missed, we come back.
Do you do end of lease?
Yes — bond-focused deep cleans, with a re-clean if the agent flags anything.
GZ X Collab Nepal
What does franchising involve?
A fit assessment first, before anyone spends money. Then entity, compliance and supply — and we run the Australian side day to day.
Do I have to be Collab Nepal?
No. The same route is open to any Nepali business ready for a second market.

Accredited instructors only
Driving lessons are delivered only by fully licensed, accredited driving instructors — never by an assistant sitting in.
Contracted carriers
Deliveries move through contracted carriers such as Australia Post. Nothing is passed to an informal courier.
