About Global Zeno

It started with cleaning. It grew because people kept asking.

Global Zeno began as a cleaning business in Canberra. In home after home, Nepali families told us the same story: long shifts, study, children, and a list of errands nobody had time for. So we started taking those errands on, one service at a time, until everything was in one place.

We serve. You smile. No hassle.

Our story

From one service to one place for everything.

1

We started with cleaning

Homes and offices, cleaned properly and on a schedule that suits the people who live and work there. It is where we learned how much a few free hours are worth to a busy family.

2

We kept hearing about the hassle

A new passport waiting at the Embassy in Canberra. A driving test squeezed around a double shift. Forms with nobody to explain them. Nepali families were losing whole days to jobs that should take minutes.

3

So we built one place for it

Passport collection, driving lessons, cleaning, clothing from Nepal, and a route for Nepali brands into Australia. One team and one contact: you ask once, and it is handled.

A message from our founder

We serve. You smile. No hassle.

Global Zeno started with cleaning. Working in homes across Canberra, I listened to the families we cleaned for, and the same worries kept coming up: a passport waiting at the Embassy, a driving test to fit around a double shift, forms nobody had explained.

Nepalese in Australia work hard, study hard and look after family, and there is rarely a spare hour for the hassle in between. So we started taking those jobs off people’s lists, one service at a time.

Today Global Zeno brings them together on one platform, so you can find what you need in one place and talk to one team that gets it done. That is the promise behind everything we do: we serve, and you smile, without the hassle.
