They book a collection
When your friend opens your link and books on the GZ Delivery page, it is logged against your name automatically. Nothing for either of you to remember.
You get 10% off
Once they have paid for their passport collection, we confirm your discount and email you. Mention it when you next book with GZ Delivery.
Your link
Your link is unique to you. Ask your friend to book on the same phone or computer they opened it on — that is how we know the referral is yours. There is no code for them to type.
Referrals are tied to your account, so your link can be credited to you.
The fine print
Who can refer
Anyone with a Global Zeno account. You do not have to have used GZ Delivery yourself.
When it counts
A referral is confirmed once your friend has paid for their passport collection with GZ Delivery — not when they enquire.
One per person
Each person can be referred once. Referring yourself, or an address that already has an account with us, does not qualify.
The discount applies to GZ Delivery bookings. It is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end this offer at any time; referrals already confirmed are honoured.
